Tuna Patties
(Makes 4 Servings)
Ingredients:
15 oz. canned tuna (drained)
4 egg whites
½ C old fashioned oats
2 Tbsp. chopped chives
1 T Dijon mustard
2 T lemon juice
1 tsp. garlic powder
½ tsp each salt & black pepper
Dash cayenne pepper
Instructions:
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- Heat skillet on medium and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
- Make 4- ½ in thick patties and cook until golden brown – about 4 min each side.
