Instant Pot Cold-Start Yogurt
(makes 8 servings)
1/2 Gallon 2% milk
2 Tbsp. Fage 2% Greek yogurt
1. Combine milk and yogurt in the Instant pot & stir.
2. Set Instant pot to “yogurt ” setting (approx. 9 hours)
3. When cycle completes, cover the insert of the pot with plastic wrap.
4. Cool in refrigerator for 8 hours and portion into containers.
