4 whole wheat tortillas or wraps (I like Ezekiel tortillas, Flat Out wraps or La Tortilla Factory whole wheat tortillas)
8 Tbsp. non-fat cream cheese
2 C shredded romaine or spinach
1 C chopped tomato
1/2 C chopped bell pepper
1/2 C chopped cucumber
1/4 C canned, diced green chilies
- Spread tortilla with 2 Tbsp. of cream cheese .
- Top with equal amounts of vegetables .
- Roll up tightly to enclose filling and enjoy!
*Feel free to customize this wrap to include more protein like chicken, turkey or low-fat cheese.
