Healthy Shopping at Costco
I was recently asked if I had any recommendations for healthy products from Costco. What a great question! Costco just happens to be one of my favorite places to buy in bulk. They have some unique products and great quality when it comes to produce.
I made a list of things I’d recommend and it is by no means complete. In general, I would try to stay away from processed items as much as possible. Stocking up on healthy items will increase the likelihood that you will choose those foods. Check out the list below!
Produce:
- Bistro salads

Grains:
