Week #9
Team bonding week! Check in with team mates at the gym, via e-mail or text. Share tips, recipes or encouraging words.
Getting support from others is critical when it comes to making a change. There are so many things that can sabotage our efforts: the boss who provides unhealthy food for employees, the friend who brings you a “treat” to say thank you or a spouse who wants to go out to eat, etc.
Being part of a team or group that shares a similar goal can make all the difference. Talking to someone about setbacks or a plateau may provide the motivation or resources needed to push past.
At Block CrossFit we are all about community. Lean on your teammates this week and send them some encouragement. Share a recipe, a tip or something that is working for you. We can all accomplish more if we work together!

Earn one point per team member that “checks-in” with others. You have an opportunity to earn a lot of points here. You can also earn bonus points by posting pictures on Instagram of a recipe you made and shared or the team “connecting” in some way such as all team members doing the WOD together! Tag BlockCrossFit!
The team captain will total up points earned per person and put it in the nutrition challenge drop-box at the gym or by e-mailing it to: blockcfnutritionchallenge@gmail.com.
