This week teams have an opportunity to earn easy points. Every time you do a WOD log your score on Wodify. Each workout logged = 1 point. You don’t need to submit anything this week as we will be able to check the leaderboard each day.
Why you should log your workouts
Most of us are looking to maximize our time in the gym. Logging your workouts can help keep you motivated and gives you a way to track progress. Wodify is an amazing program that lets you log WOD times, max lifts and keep notes on scaling or how you felt during the workout. Sometimes it can be hard to remember which kettlebell you used or how much weight you had on the bar for a particular workout.
Most of us probably remember our first CrossFit workout or a least how we felt after. The best part of tracking your workouts is that you get to see your progress. It’s very rewarding to look back and see how far you’ve come. No matter what you are doing for your health and fitness, journaling or record keeping is a valuable tool that helps you remember details and accelerate your progress.
