Calling all my crossfit athletes! How’s your nutrition, WOD and overall lifestyle doing? Here’s a quick checklist you should consider daily.
1. 8 hours of restful sleep
2. Breakfast
3. Hydrated (drink to thirst, but don’t go thirsty)
4. Post workout nutrition (protein plus carbs)
5. Tracking calories
6. WOD
7. Weekly goal (ideal for keeping on track)
