1 head cauliflower, cut into small florets
1.5 tablespoons olive oil or for a sweeter taste, melted coconut oil
You can also try these seasonings:
Cinnamon & sweetener of choice
Cheese Chili powder
Heat oven to 425° F.
In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower, seasoning and oil. Make sure each piece is coated.
Transfer to a baking sheet and spread in a single layer. Place in oven for about 18-20 minutes.
Stir every five minutes to ensure the cauliflower is getting browned on all sides.
Each serving: 70 calories, 5g fat, 4g carbs, 2g protein
