Baked Cinnamon Pita Chips
1 whole wheat pita or flat bread of your choice
Non-stick cooking spray
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp. of sugar or sugar-alternative of your choice
Pre-heat oven to 350. Cut the flatbread or pita into small triangles and arrange on a cookie sheet (use non-stick cooking spray). Combine the cinnamon, cocoa and sugar and spread evenly over the flatbread. Bake for about 6-7 minutes or until the edges of the chips turn golden brown. Enjoy!
