Bacon & Veggie Sautee
Ingredients:
Makes 4 servings
4 Strips of bacon (cut into bite sized pieces)
2 Zucchini squash (quartered)
1/2 onion (sliced or chopped)
1 1/2 C mushrooms (sliced)
2 cloves garlic
pepper to taste
Sriracha to taste
Instructions:
Heat pan over medium heat and cook bacon partially. Add garlic and onion cooking for 3-5 more minutes. Add mushrooms, zucchini, pepper and sriracha and cook for another 5 minutes or until veggies are tender. Serve and Enjoy!
