Hello Block CrossFit Nutrition Challenge athletes we are officially 1/3 of the way through this challenge and it’s time to check-in! We understand that 4 weeks is simply not enough time to make drastic lifestyle changes, but it is enough time to make a few.
Here are a few questions you may want to ask yourself in order to evaluate how well you have been doing and/or reveal areas that you may need to work on.
I have set 2-3 specific, measureable and realistic goals I would like to meet during this challenge?
I have continued to remind myself of my goals and have reevaluated them to determine if they are still realistic? If my goals are realistic what have I done in order to accomplish my goals? If “life happened” and my goals are no longer realistic, how can I change them to make them attainable in the next 8 weeks?
I have set “mini” weekly goals that will help me reach my “big” goals at the end of the 12-week challenge? My “mini” goals have included:
√ Sleeping 6+ hours per night
√ Breakfast every morning
√ Drinking 64 oz + water
√ Additional activities such as: strength, skill and/or endurance
√ Tracking calories on MyFitnessPal, notebook, computer, etc.
√ Adhering to my calories within a +/- 100 calorie range
